Membership Application Form

The annual membership fee for the period 1st April 2026 to 31st March 2027 is £69.99.

New Athletes:
If you are joining now, please complete the membership application form. Your membership will cover the period from your joining date up to 31st March 2026.

Training Sessions:
Monthly training sessions are required to be booked and purchased in advance, prior to the start of each training month.
For example, if you plan to train in August, you must book and purchase your sessions before August begins.

Only athletes who have paid for and booked their sessions will be added to the register and permitted to train on the day.
These procedures are in place to ensure we meet Health and Safety requirements and maintain accurate attendance records.

Please note:

• Annual membership and training session fees are non-refundable

• Main Group Athletes will not be allowed to join the training session if they are more than 15mins late

• Elite athletes will not be allowed to join the training session if late.

• Athletes who attend training without an active membership will not be permitted to train

• Athletes who attend training but have not purchased training for that month will not be allowed to participate in training sessions

• Mandatory training kit must be worn at all sessions. Athletes without the required kit may not be allowed to train and may be asked to leave the session (this does not apply if you are waiting for your kit to be delivered)

• Membership does not include clothing, transport, or compulsory session fees.
