GUESTS & SPECTATORS

Please be advised that no guests are allowed for athletes who are 18years old or older.

I guest will be allowed for athletes that are under the age of 17years and younger.

Guests are required to to register their attendance latest Saturday 24th April 10pm. We will not be accepting registration after this time.  All guests will be required to complete the Covid-19 Health Declaration Form 72 hours (3 days) before the competition, please ensure this is submitted before event day.

Time of registration & warming up on the track

Please collect your bib numbers approx. 60mins prior to your event and be ready to enter the centre 30mins prior to your event for final warm up on the track.

ParkingWhilst there is a fairly large car park at the venue, we do anticipate this reaching capacity. If you are unable to find a space, there is free street parking in the surrounding roads, within a short walk to the track.
 Warm-upPlease use the large and flat neighbouring fields for the initial part of your warm up, you will be allowed entry to the track 30 mins before your race. It is important to maintain social distance from your fellow athletes throughout.
 

Weather

We will set up to run with the wind for the short sprinters. Please be advised that there is no shelter at the facility should it rain on the day.

COVID-19
The meeting will be closely adhering to the event guidance provided by England Athletics. Please ensure you have read this guidance prior to attending.

The key pieces of information are:

  • No person should attend if they have been unwell in the last 14 days. This applies to athletes, coaches, and guests.
  • Maintain social distance throughout.
  • If you show any symptoms after the event you must notify us immediately.
