This form should be used to purchase training sessions for athletes for athletes that are 25yrs and older.
Please be aware of the following information:-
-- Paid membership is mandatory, please insure this has been purchased with required athlete information. Please note this is a separate from the monthly training fee. If you have not completed the membership form
PLEASE CLICK HERE if you need to complete the application form.
-- Training sessions should be purchased no later than 11.30pm the night before the day you plan to attend training for a given month. /font>
-- Names not on registers on the day of training will not be allowed to join the training session.
- 1 session/week = £150 per month
- 2 session/week = £200 per month
- 3 session/week = £250 per month
- 4 session/week = £300 per month
